How Pricing Works:
Small, Medium & Large Pick Ups

A free estimate, conducted in person, is the best way to get the lowest price

Pricing Explained

With junk removal, no two jobs are the same. Pitch It bases its pricing on how much space your items will take up in our truck and how long it will take for us to load those items. In addition to accurately determining load size, being onsite allows us to assess other factors like stairs, elevators, and walking/carting distance to our truck or the safest way to move a heavy item.

The result is that you will get an all-inclusive estimate that includes
everything: labor, sorting, hauling, disposal fees, and taxes.

Small Pickup

A Small Pickup is between 1-5 cubic yards. Think of a cubic yard as the size of a standard washing machine and a small load between 1 and 5 washing machines.

Medium Pickup

A Medium Pickup is between 6-10 cubic yards. Think of a cubic yard as the size of a standard washing machine and a medium load between 6 and 10 washing machines. Quite a bit of stuff.

Large Pickup

A Large Pickup is between 11-16 cubic yards. Think of a cubic yard as the size of a standard washing machine and a large load between 11 and 16 washing machines.

Cubic yards? Huh?

Cubic yards explained...

3 x 3 x 3 ft

 27 square ft

or

roughly the size of a

standard washing machine, 1 cubic yard

"Can you provide me a ballpark price, ahead of my scheduled pickup?"

In most cases, we can. For single-item, small and medium pickups we'll want to understand the following, so please anticipate these questions:

  • What items would you like removed?
  • Where, on the property, are they located?
  • For small or medium pickups we'll likely ask you to text us photos

**Exact pricing is provided, upfront, and onsite. Work only begins when you approve the quote.**
Given the nature of most Large Pickups, we are only able to provide quotes for these jobs after we've seen the items in person. Thank you, in advance, for your understanding.
Zoom and Facetime are available upon request.
